Before Day Of Service
Customers must confirm their shuttle service a minimum of one day before the service time and day. This can be done by simply calling or via email at email@example.com.
Before Departure Day
If a cancellation is made, a 30% fee will be applied due to processing fees.
You may call us at during business hours (5:00 AM – 9:30 PM HST) or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org (24 hours) to make any changes to your scheduled service.
A 30% fee will be applied towards your total refund for processing fees.
